Yes. Products such as e-liquids or aromas that we offer in the sale due to an approaching or recently passed best-before date are generally still in perfect condition and completely safe to use.

The BBD is the manufacturer’s guarantee for optimal quality (e.g. flavor intensity, color stability) up to that date. It is not an expiration date in the sense of becoming unsafe or unusable afterward.

• E-liquids and aromas can often be stored for months or even years beyond the BBD when kept properly (cool, dark, sealed), with little to no quality loss. Flavor may change slightly or mature over time.
• We carefully inspect all BBD items before placing them in the sale.

Selling BBD items at reduced prices is a great way for you to save money while also helping to reduce product waste.

Yes. In principle, products purchased in our sale category are covered by the same legal warranty rights and our standard warranty conditions as regularly priced items. You are entitled to a fully functional product.

The standard right of return or withdrawal also applies to sale items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition, and no specific exclusions apply (e.g. hygiene products after seal removal).

Possible exceptions or special cases for sale items:

• BBD items: If a product is explicitly sold as a BBD item with an approaching or recently passed best-before date, this does not constitute a defect as long as the product is still usable. The reduced shelf life is already reflected in the price.
• Discontinued models / clearance stock: In the event of a defect, an identical replacement may no longer be available. In such cases, we will offer a repair, an equivalent replacement, or a credit.
