Shipping information
We offer the following shipping options for you:
- Swiss Post Priority Shipping
- Swiss Post Priority Shipping with signature upon receipt This option is recommended if packages tend to "disappear" from your mailbox.
- Swiss Post Economy Shipping
- Swiss Post Economy Shipping with signature upon receipt This option is recommended if packages tend to "disappear" from your mailbox.
- Swiss Post Saturday Delivery
- Swiss Post International Shipping including tracking and signature upon receipt.
The shipping options have different delivery times as follows:
- Swiss Post Priority Shipping: 1-3 working days within Switzerland
- Swiss Post Economy Shipping: 3-5 working days within Switzerland
- Swiss Post Saturday Delivery: These are delivered by the post only on Saturdays!
- Swiss Post International Shipping including tracking and signature upon receipt: 10-30 working days.
If your delivery does not arrive within the specified delivery times, you can proceed as follows:
Wait another 1-2 days, as there can sometimes be delays with Swiss Post. If you are waiting for an international order, keep in mind that customs can also cause delays in delivery.
If nothing has arrived after this period, you can track your package using the tracking number we provided when your order was shipped. Since we ship exclusively with tracking, you can always see the status there.
Important: We do not have more information as the sender than what is visible to you in the tracking.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" and you can't find the package, check with your family and neighbors to see if someone took it from your mailbox.
If your package shows a "Delivered" status but is still missing, we recommend the following steps:
- File a report with the police, as it may be a case of mailbox theft.
- Notify Swiss Post that you want to receive packages only with a signature in the future.
- Always order future deliveries with a signature upon receipt to ensure you receive your items 100%.
If your package arrives damaged, it’s best to document everything carefully. This means that when you receive your damaged package, take 2-3 photos or short video clips before opening it. After that, open the package and check the contents, making sure to take photos or video clips of the items as well. Please send this documentation to us via email at shop@vape.ch. We will then be able to assist you promptly.
In principle, we ship worldwide; however, we are subject to the restrictions of individual countries like all other retailers. Currently, shipping to Germany (only upon request) and Austria is not possible.
We deliver within Switzerland via Swiss Post.
International shipments (e.g., to Italy, France) are handled by Swiss Post up to the border, after which the respective delivery service of the destination country takes over.
Yes, you can do that. Simply select "Pick Up" as the delivery method and choose the location that is closest to you. Please keep in mind that with the "Pick Up" option, you must wait for an email notification until your order is ready for collection. Depending on the pick-up location and stock availability, it may take at least one working day for your order to be ready.
