Liquids consist mainly of propylene glycol, glycerin, flavorings, and optional nicotine. These ingredients are stable and have a very long shelf life. The best-before date on liquid bottles and disposable products refers to legal regulations from the Food Act. A basic distinction is made between "Best before *date*" and "Best before *date*."
