ASPIRE X STEAMPIPES - KUMO RDTA
In collaboration with Steampipes, Aspire is launching the first RDTA in the Prestige series. The Kumo RDTA can hold up to 3.5 ml of liquid and, in addition to its high-quality workmanship, also impresses with its design. The biggest highlight, however, is the capillary chamber, which makes it possible to dispense with wicks and other typical aids for transporting liquid.
The tank can be fitted with either a polycarbonate or stainless steel cover. Aspire and Steampipes also let you decide on the design of the side airflow control. Two different sleeves with a corresponding cap are included.
The winding deck is designed for single Coils. The absorbent Cotton is inserted into the two large absorbent cotton pockets.
The biggest special feature of the Kumo RDTA is the liquid feed. First, the 3.5 ml liquid tank is filled via the filler opening on the side. The liquid then flows upwards through the unusual capillary chamber to the absorbent cotton. As a vacuum is created during the draw, the liquid is virtually drawn against the absorbent cotton, which absorbs the liquid again. A beautiful cycle.
The effect is the same as with the bottom feeder RDA. The absorbent cotton is permanently supplied with liquid as long as the tank is full. This allows the liquid taste to be enjoyed unadulterated. Since wicks or similar aids have been completely dispensed with, it is impossible for wicks or other aids to give up the ghost at some point.
As the airflow sits directly next to the absorbent cotton, an unadulterated taste is virtually pre-programmed. The enclosed stainless steel drip tip rounds off the overall picture beautifully.
A little anecdote:
The word Kumo comes from the Japanese and, depending on the symbol, means ? = cloud or ?? = spider.
