Procedure
To process your return/guarantee case as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to carefully read the return conditions and fill out the form on the following pages completely and truthfully.
For a return, it is mandatory to fill out the return and guarantee form in advance and send it to RMA@vape.ch. After receiving it, we will check your information. Once your request has been processed, you will receive the form with the return number back.
The product must then be returned to us, including the original packaging and the complete return and guarantee form. The original packaging is essential as it contains the serial and batch number. Unfortunately, without it, we cannot process your return. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
Returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging and completely unopened. Otherwise, a return is excluded. A return is only possible within 10 working days after the purchase. For returns, a credit may be reduced by up to 25% of the sale value for administrative costs.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from returns:
- All liquids and pre-filled pods even if they are still sealed. You certainly want to ensure you receive a flawless and unused product.
- Atomizers and atomizer heads, as these are considered consumables.
- Any accessories, such as seals, glasses, etc., used in atomizer heads.
Warranty Cases
We provide a warranty period of 24 months on all products.
Exclusions include:
- Batteries and accumulators after successful use.
- Devices showing damage.
- Devices that have been tampered with, such as firmware updates.
- Devices damaged by liquids.
- Atomizers and atomizer heads.
- O-rings.
- Items from the clearance category.
- Products without a receipt/purchase proof and without original packaging.
If an atomizer gurgles (feeling/sound while inhaling) or leaks (drips), we can certainly provide a tip to help, but this is not a warranty case.
If no warranty claim exists, the buyer will bear the costs for any error analysis (CHF 60.00).
