Vape Heaven GmbH transitioned to VENDEX AG in May 2023. Vape Heaven GmbH was a company founded in 2017 through the acquisition of a sole proprietorship originally established in 2009, with the goal of supporting adult smokers in quitting tobacco smoking using alternative and less harmful products. The objective has naturally not changed with the rebranding.

The company is led by the board members Mario (Chairman of the Board) and Tiziana Puppo. The company operates branches at different locations and is also active online with the B2C websites https://VAPE.CH and https://E-ZIGARETTEN.CH in the Swiss market. In the B2B sector, the shop https://VENDEX.CH serves as an interface for dealers from the Swiss region.

Due to our company size, we offer short decision-making paths and plenty of room for personal development. Every employee quickly becomes part of the company in a family-like environment and can take on new tasks based on personal strengths and interests, as well as provide input on areas where we can improve.

We live a culture of mutual respect, constant transparency, and support each other in our daily work. Daily laughter is, of course, essential, as working should also be fun.

Our customers range from 18 to over 90 years old. All share the common goal of quitting smoking. Counseling and support are naturally among the most important things in our daily work. A generally open and service-oriented personality is therefore a crucial cornerstone for all positions within our company.
